DESIGN MOCKUP + PRODUCT LINKS AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines the terms for Design Mockup + Product Links services provided by Gifted Interiors. Please review the terms below carefully before submitting your agreement.
Design Mockup + Product Links is $300 per room. This service includes a custom design mockup, supporting design breakdown pages as needed, and product links for the items selected for your design.
The service fee covers design and sourcing services only. Furniture, décor, materials, taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, and other product-related costs are not included in the service fee.
SERVICE & PRICING
Gifted Interiors may request photos, videos, measurements, existing furniture details, and inspiration images before the project begins. Accurate measurements are required when product sizing or fit is relevant.
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Gifted Interiors is not responsible for sizing or fit issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements or information provided by the client.
CLIENT INFORMATION & MEASUREMENTS
The design mockup is intended to provide a visual representation of the overall design direction for your space. It may include furniture, décor, textiles, lighting, colors, materials, finishes, and accessories.
Mockups are not architectural drawings or construction documents and do not guarantee exact placement, scale, color, or appearance. Actual products and colors may vary slightly from how they appear digitally.
DESIGN MOCKUP
Product links will be provided within 1–3 business days after final mockup approval.
Product availability, pricing, sales, shipping costs, and retailer policies may change at any time. Gifted Interiors cannot guarantee that an item will remain available or at the same price after links are delivered.
If a selected item becomes unavailable before the product links are delivered, Gifted Interiors will provide a reasonable alternative when possible.
PRODUCT LINKS
Gifted Interiors’ service fees are separate from the client’s furniture and décor budget. The furniture and décor budget is reserved for products selected for the space and does not include fees paid to Gifted Interiors for design services.
Gifted Interiors will make reasonable efforts to select products within the furnishing and décor budget discussed for the project.
Product prices, taxes, shipping, and availability may change after sourcing. Significant changes to the client’s budget after design work has begun may require revisions or additional design work.
FURNITURE & DECOR BUDGET
Installation, in-person or virtual styling, purchasing or order management, furniture assembly, painting, electrical work, construction, and other services outside of the Design Mockup + Product Links service are not included unless separately agreed upon.
Any additional services will be quoted and arranged separately.
INSTALLATION & ADDITIONAL SERVICES
By submitting the agreement form below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Gifted Interiors Design Mockup + Product Links Agreement above.
You also confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that typing your full name below represents your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
A confirmed project start date will be provided based on Gifted Interiors’ current design schedule. Payment and submission of this agreement secure your place in the design schedule but do not mean design work begins immediately.
Your project timeline begins on the confirmed project start date, provided all requested information has been received. If required information is missing, the project start date may need to be adjusted.
If an earlier start date becomes available, it may be offered and must be mutually agreed upon before the project begins.
PROJECT START & SCHEDULING
The initial design mockup will typically be completed within 7–10 business days from the confirmed project start date, provided all required information has been received.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If an unexpected delay occurs, Gifted Interiors will communicate any necessary timeline updates with the client.
PROJECT TIMELINE
Your service includes up to two rounds of revisions to the initial design mockup. Revisions should remain within the original design direction discussed for the project.
Each revision round will typically be completed within 3–5 business days after the client submits their revision requests. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Requests that substantially change the original style, color palette, room function, or overall design direction may require a new design or an additional fee. Any additional fee will be discussed and approved before additional work begins.
REVISIONS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for purchasing products directly from the retailer using the product links provided.
Gifted Interiors is not the seller or manufacturer of recommended products and is not responsible for retailer-related issues including shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, defective or incorrect items, returns, refunds, exchanges, or customer service matters.
Clients are responsible for reviewing each retailer’s policies before purchasing.
PURCHASING & RETAILERS
If the client cancels the project before the confirmed project start date and before any design work has begun, 50% of the service fee will be refunded. The remaining 50% is nonrefundable.
Once design work has begun, the service fee becomes nonrefundable, including if the client chooses to cancel, pause, or discontinue the project.
If Gifted Interiors is unable to provide the agreed service or must cancel the project, the client will receive a refund for the portion of services that has not been provided.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The client is responsible for reviewing the design mockup and requesting any revisions within the included revision period.
Once the client gives final approval of the mockup, the design will be considered complete and Gifted Interiors will prepare the Product Links.
Changes requested after final approval may require additional design work and an additional fee.
